• Clinic Manager Vacancy at DepiCool

  Job Type/Position

  DepiCool is a dynamic, innovative and growing franchise which specializes in hair reduction and permanent hair removal as well as offering holistic therapies fat cavitation and Gold facial treatment. The DepiCool Clinic in Leeds (located first floor of the busy Merrion Centre) is currently looking for a Clinic Manager who can ensure the clinic continues to offer top quality cosmetic treatments and supreme service to its clients.

  This vacancy has arisen because the current clinic owner-manager is moving abroad. Whilst, the current owner-manager will continue to visit and run the clinic periodically, the new Clinic Manager will be responsible for running the business at all other times. This position requires a high degree of flexibility and entrepreneurial spirit as the work hours will be driven by the needs of the business. We will offer the Clinic Manager a competitive hourly rate dependent on experience and a commitment of minimum 70 hours per month. Please note that this is only a minimum commitment; it is expected that more hours than this may be required in a typical month.

  Full training in our core treatments (Intense pulsed light IPL, ultrasound cavitation fat removal) including treatment protocols will be provided

  Candidate requirements:

  • The most important role of the Clinic Manager is to provide consultation and treatment to clients,
  • The other role attributes include –
        o Willingness to undergo any further training offered and provided by the Clinic.
        o Arrange client appointments and manage employee time in a cost effective way.
        o Work towards extending the portfolio of beauty treatments available to our clients.
        o Understand the importance of providing excellent customer service at all times. Previous customer services/front of house experience an       advantage
        o Warm, approachable personality with ability to make clients feel at ease
        o Confident negotiator; understands basics of good retailing
        o Computer literate, able to do basic computer operations such as manage appointments online, scan receipts, maintain timesheets on excel.
        o Report to the Owner-Manager on sales and profitability.
  • Qualified to minimum level of NVQ level 3 or equivalent in beauty therapy and preferred also is good experience with Intense pulsed light or laser hair reduction treatments

  Number of hours

  Minimum 70 hours per month.

  Rate/Salary

  We will offer the Clinic Manager a competitive hourly rate dependent on experience.
