Estabulo Bar & Grill To Open At The Merrion Centre

Authentic Brazilian rodizio bar and grill Estabulo is set to open a brand-new restaurant at the Merrion Centre this October.
Adjoining the ibis Styles Leeds City Centre Arena Hotel and just a stone’s throw from the first direct bank Arena, the new venue will seat over 80 guests and is perfectly placed to welcome arena-goers, office workers, students, and shoppers alike. Bookings officially open from 27th October.
Endless Flame-Grilled Meats & Gourmet Sides
Guests can expect Estabulo’s renowned rodizio dining experience, where a variety of meats are slow-roasted over open flames and carved at the table to enjoy as much as desired.
Every meal also includes unlimited access to Estabulo’s extensive salad bar, which features seasonal produce, cheeses, and Brazilian-inspired sides.
In addition to the signature rodizio, the latest Estabulo Leeds Arena branch will also serve the group’s popular à la carte menu launched earlier this year, with highlights including the Flat Iron Steak, Scottish Bavette, and the Estabulo Burger.
