Little Lotus To Bring Fresh Japanese Cuisine to Leeds

New venue to offer sushi, noodles, hot food, and bubble tea in the heart of Leeds
Little Lotus, a beloved Yorkshire-based casual fast-restaurant chain specialising in sushi, hot food, noodles, and bubble tea, is set to open its latest venue at the Merrion Centre this Spring.
The new restaurant will be located on Merrion Way, directly opposite the 13,500-capacity first direct Arena, providing an exciting new dining destination in the city centre. With a growing fan base and existing locations across Yorkshire, the Leeds branch marks an exciting step for the company.
The new venue will feature a spacious 2,518 sq. ft. dining area spread across two floors, offering a vibrant atmosphere and a unique blend of fresh, delicious, and affordable meals.
Customers will be able to enjoy quick-service dishes to go or dine in the relaxing and friendly setting of the restaurant. The venue will create 6 full-time and 8 part-time jobs, supporting the local economy and providing new employment opportunities within the community.
Little Lotus is excited to be joining the Merrion Centre, chosen for its strong community spirit, prime location in the bustling Arena Quarter, and close proximity to universities and offices—making it the perfect spot to cater to the city’s lunchtime crowds.
