With a fantastic range of mobility products and daily living aids, the William Merritt Centre Shopmobility store is your one stop to independent living.
The Shopmobility membership scheme hires out manual wheelchairs and scooters to people with limited mobility to shop and visit leisure and commercial facilities within the town, city or shopping centre.
There are 8 powered scooters and 4 manual wheelchairs available to hire, with bookings ideally to be made in advance in order to secure your scooter/wheelchair hire for your preferred day and time
Please note: In order to hire equipment as a member or non-member you will need to bring a form of photo ID or two forms of address confirmation for insurance purposes. We also take a £20 deposit for non-members.
