Leeds based Black Solicitors LLP is expanding by taking additional office space within Wade House, Merrion Centre. The legal firm has recently celebrated 25 years in business and already occupies a 9408 sq foot office in Wade House spanning two floors. Town Centre Securities PLC has just agreed an expansion plan meaning the firm will occupy another 1000 sq foot.

The expansion comes off the back of significant new wins for Blacks following an increase in turnover (21%) and profit (7%) during 2013/2014 for the Leeds based 16-partner firm.

The nine strong employment team, led by partner, Richard Parr, will be moving into the new premises from Hanover House at the end of the month.

The relocation to Wade House in the Merrion Centre will enable our staff to maintain a high-level of service across all departments.”

In the past 12 months, over 35 new people have joined the law firm; the team is currently 144 strong.
