From Bluey to Duggee: Next ‘Star’ Confirmed for the Merrion Centre!

The Merrion Centre was buzzing with excitement on Wednesday 9th April as Bluey & Bingo brought joy, laughter, and unforgettable memories to thousands of young fans and their families.
But the fun doesn’t stop there—fans can look forward to more magical moments soon, as another much-loved character is set to make a special appearance at the centre in the coming weeks….
Families Flock for a Day of Fun
Throughout the day, five free live storytime sessions took place in The Green area of the main mall, with huge crowds gathering to see the beloved Heeler sisters in action.
With appearances between 11am and 3pm, the event welcomed thousands of children and grown-ups, eager to immerse themselves in the playful adventures of Bluey & Bingo.
From the moment the pups arrived, the energy was electric. Each 30-minute session, led by an engaging narrator, saw children laughing, dancing, and joining in with the interactive tales that brought the world of Bluey to life.

Shop, Eat, Drink & Be Merrion
The event not only showcased the popularity of the hit TV characters, but also demonstrated the Merrion Centre’s continued commitment to delivering high-quality, inclusive experiences that appeal to its diverse customer base. It attracted families from across the region who came to shop, eat, drink, and enjoy a fun-filled day out together.
