By entering into the shop, show and win and participating in this promotion, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
1. Promotion Details:
Shop, Show & WIN is organised by the Merrion Centre, hereinafter referred to as “the Organiser.”
The Promotion will take place in the Merrion Centre from Monday 23rd September to Saturday 28th September 2024.
2. Participation Eligibility:
The Promotion is open to all studying individuals aged 18 years or older. ~Participation is limited to one entry per person.
Participants must be hold a valid student card (ID badge)
3. Prizes:
Prizes are awarded as described in the Promotion materials. The Organiser reserves the right to change or substitute prizes at its discretion. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable with no cash alternatives available.
4. General Terms:
The Organiser reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Promotion without prior notice if circumstances require it.
The Organiser’s decision on any matter related to the Promotion, including disqualifications, is final and binding.
By taking part in the promotion you give the Organiser permission to use imagery on social media platforms.
