Discover the world’s first city-wide MONOPOLY experience in Leeds!
This summer, get ready to experience the MONOPOLY Leeds Takeover which brings the iconic board game to life across the city including here at the Merrion Centre!
What to expect…
– You’ll see the whole of Leeds transformed into a HUGE version of the highly popular board game across 22 key locations!
– Explore the 8 Coloured Zones zones.
– There’s lots to keep you entertained with a variety of mini games and puzzles throughout.
How to play…
1) Collect Your Map:
You can collect your map from us by our Boot Token on the main mall.
2) Start The Game:
Find the ‘properties’ that surround the Merrion Centre and mark down the price you see on your map.
3) Complete the Puzzles:
Whilst visiting the Merrion Centre there will be a mini puzzle for you to solve.
4) Collect Your Stamps:
Show the completed puzzle to a cast member and the correct answers will earn you a stamp. Cast members can be found near The Boot in The Green between 10am – 4pm every day.
5) Make Your Next Move:
Explore each of the zones until your map is complete.

Whilst you’re taking part in the MONOPOLY Leeds Takeover, make sure to pop into Home Bargains at the Merrion Centre where you can grab a variety of Monopoly games to keep the excitement going at home!
